{"id":110,"date":"2017-08-07T19:38:08","date_gmt":"2017-08-07T19:38:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/help.zoomgrants.com\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=110"},"modified":"2020-07-10T09:41:05","modified_gmt":"2020-07-10T15:41:05","slug":"extra-tab","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/help.zoomgrants.com\/index.php\/zgu\/extra-tab\/","title":{"rendered":"Extra Tab"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"followup\">\n<p>Administrators and committee chairs can pose follow up questions to specific applicants via the Extra tab in each application.<\/p>\n<h2>How It Works<\/h2>\n<p>The admin or committee chair adds a question in that tab, then alerts the applicant to the presence of the follow-up question via the\u00a0<a title=\"Activity Log\" href=\"http:\/\/help.zoomgrants.com\/index.php\/zgu\/activity-log\/\">Activity Log<\/a> or and <a title=\"Send Email\" href=\"http:\/\/help.zoomgrants.com\/index.php\/zgu\/sending-emails-to-applicants-and-reviewers\/\">email<\/a>\u00a0sent to that applicant.<\/p>\n<p>Once the question is posed, the Extra tab will appear in the application in the applicant\u2019s account. The applicant logs into their account, clicks into the Extra tab, and responds to the question in a paragraph-style text box.
