The Applicant History for one applicant will not reflect the applications submitted in any other applicant account, even if they are on behalf of the same organization. It is for this reason, that <strong>we suggest each applicant organization have a single applicant account<\/strong>. These files are attached to this applicant account and are visible to admins and reviewers with access to any of the applicant&#8217;s applications. You can upload historical documents, contracts, forms, anything you&#8217;d like to keep on hand and associated with this applicant (though not necessarily a single application).<\/p>\n<h4>\u00a0Application Flag<\/h4>\n<p>Sometimes, there are applicants that need to be flagged for one reason or another. Maybe they didn&#8217;t submit their last report in the program from last year, or they don&#8217;t meet your requirements, or they get special consideration. The <strong>Application Flag<\/strong> field lets you add a special note that will appear in each of that applicant&#8217;s applications. It is not visible to the applicant.<\/p>\n<h4>Applications Received<\/h4>\n<p>These are the applications that this applicant has submitted via ZoomGrants. Click an application title to view the PDF of the application.<\/p>\n<h4>Application\/Award History<\/h4>\n<p>This is the section where you can enter the applications submitted by an applicant outside of (or perhaps before) ZoomGrants. Click the <strong>Add Entry<\/strong> button to create a new entry. Each entry can contain:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>RFP\/Program Title<\/li>\n<li>Application Title<\/li>\n<li>Date<\/li>\n<li>Decision<\/li>\n<li>Amount<\/li>\n<li>Summary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/zoomgrants.com\/screenshots\/dapphistoryaddnew.png\" width=\"708\" height=\"141\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once you&#8217;ve created the entry, click the pencil icon to edit the entry or upload a document for that entry.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Applicant History page for each applicant automatically displays the applications previously submitted by that applicant.
