Contact a senior admin in your organization to complete the friendly URL setup.    \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\r\n    \t\t<\/div><!-- \/.ht-shortcodes-messages -->\r\n    \t\t\n<ol>\n<li>Scroll down until you reach the\u00a0<strong>Friendly URL\u00a0<\/strong>section. There, you can edit or create the friendly URL for the page that shows all of your organization&#8217;s open programs.<\/li>\n<li>Type your custom ending to the friendly URL or click the &#8220;Click here&#8221; link to use the ZoomGrants suggestion.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/www.zoomgrants.com\/screenshots\/dfriendlyurlorg.png\" alt=\"Organization Friendly URL\" width=\"1998\" height=\"484\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once this is set, you can use the friendly URL or your account default URL (found in Program Setup, in the <a href=\"http:\/\/help.zoomgrants.com\/index.php\/zgu\/htmlsharing\/#all-available-applications\">Settings<\/a> tab of any program) to provide your applicants with access to the open programs.<\/p>\n    \t\t<div class=\"hts-messages hts-messages--danger  hts-messages--withtitle hts-messages--withicon \"   >\r\n    \t\t\t<span class=\"hts-messages__title\">Changing a Friendly URL<\/span>    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\t<p>\r\n    \t\t\t\t\tIf you choose to change a friendly URL, the old URL will no longer take users to your program(s).     \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\r\n    \t\t<\/div><!-- \/.ht-shortcodes-messages -->\r\n    \t\t\n<h3>Setting the Friendly URL for a Specific Program<\/h3>\n<p>Unlike the Friendly URL for all open programs (above), the friendly URL for a specific program is set in Program Setup of that program.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: #bc6d1a; color: #ffffff;\">Program Setup &gt; Settings Tab &gt; Availability Settings<\/span><\/p>\n    \t\t<div class=\"hts-tabs \"  >\r\n    \t\t\t<ul class=\"hts-tabs__nav\" role=\"tablist\">\r\n    \t\t\t\t    \t\t\t\t\t<li data-tab=\"#tabs-1\" class=\"hts-tabs__tab hts-tabs__tab--active\" role=\"tab\">Settings Tab<\/li>\r\n    \t\t\t\t    \t\t\t<\/ul>\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\t<div id=\"tabs-1\" class=\"hts-tabs__content hts-tabs__content--active\" role=\"tabpanel\">\r\n    \t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"hts-tabs__contentwrap\">\r\n    \t\t\t\t\t\t<p>From Program Setup, click into the Settings tab, then scroll to the <strong>Friendly URL<\/strong> setting in the Availability Settings section.<\/p>\r\n    \t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n    \t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/tabs-1 -->\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\r\n    \t\t<\/div><!-- \/.ht-shortcodes-tabs -->\r\n    \t\t\n<ol>\n<li>If a friendly URL has been set, it will be displayed there. If it has not been set, click the &#8220;Manage My Program&#8217;s Friendly URL&#8221; link.<\/li>\n<li>Type the custom ending of the friendly URL, or click the &#8220;Click here&#8221; link to use the one that ZG suggests.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/www.zoomgrants.com\/screenshots\/dfriendlyurlrfp.png\" alt=\"RFP\/Program Friendly URL\" width=\"1936\" height=\"242\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n<h3>My applicants are saying that the link is not working.<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Double check the URL that you&#8217;ve posted and compare it to the URL in the\u00a0<strong>Account Details<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>Settings<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>tab. It&#8217;s possible that another admin may have edited the URL.<\/li>\n<li>If you&#8217;re using a link to a\u00a0<em>specific\u00a0<\/em>program, be sure that the link is correct for\u00a0<i>this cycle<\/i> of the program.
