Before the program goes live, you can add your own text to be displayed in the body of the Pre-Application<\/a> Submission Confirmation<\/strong> (if applicable) and the Application Submission Confirmation <\/strong>sent to applicants as soon as they submit those components. For example, you may want to tell your applicants that decisions will be made by such-and-such date and where they can drop off the baked goods to curry favor.<\/p>\n

If you don\u2019t add any custom text, applicants will receive messages with the standard ZoomGrants confirmation text only.<\/p>\n

Pre-Application Submit Confirmation Message<\/h3>\n

\u00a0Program Setup > Pre-Application Tab > Pre-Application\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

To add your custom text to the Pre-App submit confirmation email, click into\u00a0Program Setup<\/strong>, then into the\u00a0Pre-Application\u00a0<\/strong>tab. Type your text into the\u00a0Pre-Application Submission Confirmation<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>field.<\/p>\n

Application Submit Confirmation Message<\/h3>\n

\u00a0Program Setup > Settings Tab > Overall Settings\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

To add your custom text to the application submit confirmation email, click into\u00a0Program Setup<\/strong>, then into the\u00a0Settings\u00a0<\/strong>tab. Type your text into the\u00a0Application Submission Confirmation\u00a0<\/strong>field.<\/p>\n

Standard ZG Submit Confirmation Messages<\/h2>\n
