You get to decide where and how your applicants access your program. You can find default links or create friendly URLs for your program in Program Setup, in the <a href=\"http:\/\/help.zoomgrants.com\/index.php\/zgu\/htmlsharing\/\">Settings<\/a> tab.\t    \t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t    \t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n    \t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\r\n    \t\t<\/div><!-- \/.ht-shortcodes-accordion -->\r\n    \t\t\n<h2>How It Works<\/h2>\n<p>Once you\u2019ve set up the application content, tweaked the settings to your liking, and double checked everything (you can even <a href=\"http:\/\/help.zoomgrants.com\/index.php\/zgu\/testing-the-applicant-experience\/\">submit a test application<\/a>!) your program is ready to start accepting applications. Applicants must go through you or your website to access your programs.     \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\r\n    \t\t<\/div><!-- \/.ht-shortcodes-messages -->\r\n    \t\t\n<p>Start by inputting your Availability Settings, then choose how you&#8217;d like to share your program with your applicants.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Choose your Availability Settings<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: #bc6d1a; color: #ffffff;\">Program Setup &gt; Settings Tab &gt; <em>Availability Settings<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Deadline<\/h3>\n<p>Your program will &#8216;Close&#8217; and stop accepting applications at midnight (Pacific) at the end of this day.<\/p>\n<h3>Open To Apply Date<\/h3>\n<p>Your program will &#8216;Open&#8217; and start accepting applications at midnight (Pacific) at the beginning of this day.<\/p>\n<h3>Availability Status<\/h3>\n<p>Determines whether a program is open or closed, based on the open and deadline dates.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>Waiting to Open<\/strong><\/em> &#8211; This is the default setting. When you are finished setting up your program and you&#8217;re ready for it go live when your open date arrives, change this to &#8220;Open&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Open<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0&#8211; On this setting, your program will go live when the open date arrives and will close automatically when the deadline passes.    \t\t<div class=\"hts-messages hts-messages--success   hts-messages--withicon \"   >\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\t<p>\r\n    \t\t\t\t\tBy changing the Availability Status to &#8220;Open&#8221;, you indicate that you have reviewed all of your settings and content and that the setup is exactly as you want it to be.     \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\r\n    \t\t<\/div><!-- \/.ht-shortcodes-messages -->\r\n    \t\t<\/li>\n<li><strong><i>Closed\u00a0<\/i><\/strong> &#8211; On this setting, your program will close immediately. If your program has not yet opened, choosing &#8220;Closed&#8221; will prevent it from opening.\u00a0This setting can also be used to manually close a program at a specific time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n    \t\t<div class=\"hts-messages hts-messages--info  hts-messages--withtitle hts-messages--withicon \"   >\r\n    \t\t\t<span class=\"hts-messages__title\">In order to receive applications....<\/span>    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\t<p>\r\n    \t\t\t\t\tIn order to receive applications, the Availability Status must be set to Open, the date must be between the Open Date and the Deadline, and the program must show a balance due of zero.    \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\r\n    \t\t<\/div><!-- \/.ht-shortcodes-messages -->\r\n    \t\t\n<h3><a href=\"http:\/\/help.zoomgrants.com\/index.php\/zgu\/friendly-urls\/\">Friendly URL<\/a><\/h3>\n<h2>Provide Access to your Program<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: #bc6d1a; color: #ffffff;\">Program Setup &gt; Settings Tab &gt; <em>Publishing\/Sharing Settings<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Publishing\/Sharing Settings<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>In addition to the friendly URL, there are several other options available to use to share a program with applicants.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Embedded iFrame\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211; Put the application on your website and allow applicants to create and submit their apps without ever leaving your page.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Apply Button\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211; Drop an apply button on your website to take applicants directly to the application.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Direct Link\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211; Provide the link to send applicants right to the application. This link can be shared in an email or posted on your site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n    \t\t<div class=\"hts-messages hts-messages--info  hts-messages--withtitle hts-messages--withicon \"   >\r\n    \t\t\t<span class=\"hts-messages__title\">For all of these options, admins can choose to provide access to <strong>Just THIS application only, THIS time<\/strong> or <strong>ALL available applications<\/strong>.<\/span>    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\t<p>\r\n    \t\t\t\t\tThese links and HTML code are specific to <em>this\u00a0<\/em>program,\u00a0<em>this <\/em>time. If you choose to use these links and you run a similar program in subsequent years,\u00a0<strong>you will need to update the link to apply for the new program in subsequent years<\/strong>. You can find the link to the new program in <strong>Program Setup<\/strong>, in the\u00a0<strong>Settings<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>tab of the\u00a0<em>new\u00a0<\/em>program.<\/p>\n<p>If you want to be able to use the same link every year, consider creating a <a href=\"http:\/\/help.zoomgrants.com\/index.php\/zgu\/friendly-urls\/\"><strong>Friendly URL<\/strong><\/a> to share with your applicants or provide the link that shows ALL available programs.     \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\r\n    \t\t<\/div><!-- \/.ht-shortcodes-messages -->\r\n    \t\t\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you ready to publish your program?
