{"id":1799,"date":"2020-03-18T13:13:06","date_gmt":"2020-03-18T19:13:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/help.zoomgrants.com\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=1799"},"modified":"2025-07-24T12:15:13","modified_gmt":"2025-07-24T18:15:13","slug":"online-meeting-links","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/help.zoomgrants.com\/index.php\/zgu\/online-meeting-links\/","title":{"rendered":"Online Meeting Links"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>The Online Meeting Links feature was built to serve as a convenient connection point to allow ZoomGrants Administrators to connect to both Applicants and\/or Reviewers via the online meeting\/communication platform of the ZoomGrants Administrators choice.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How It Works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Links to online communication tools (Google Hangouts, join.me, Jitsi, etc.) can be shared with Applicants and\/or Reviewers through ZoomGrants.\u00a0 By sharing the link through ZoomGrants, Applicant and\/or Reviewer account holders can access the shared link through their respective accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How To Set It Up<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"background-color: #bc6d1a; color: #ffffff;\">\u00a0Program Setup &gt; Settings Tab &gt; <em>Online Meeting Links\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Online Meetings Link settings are accessible through the <strong>Settings tab<\/strong> of <strong>Program Setup<\/strong>. This URL will be generated by the online communication tool of your choice.<\/li><li><strong>Description<\/strong> &#8211; add any additional content for your meeting to this space.
