Each application has a separate administrative documents section in the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/help.zoomgrants.com\/index.php\/zgu\/documents\/\">Documents<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>tab, and you can use it any way you want to. Each document can be made internally viewable (among the committee), viewable to the applicant who owns the application, or viewable to all applicants in that program.<\/p>\n<h3>Adding Administrative Documents<\/h3>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/zoomgrants.com\/screenshots\/dadmindocs.png\" width=\"1966\" height=\"214\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: #bc6d1a; color: #ffffff;\">Application &gt; Documents Tab &gt; <em>Administrative Documents<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n    \t\t<div class=\"hts-tabs \"  >\r\n    \t\t\t<ul class=\"hts-tabs__nav\" role=\"tablist\">\r\n    \t\t\t\t    \t\t\t\t\t<li data-tab=\"#tabs-1\" class=\"hts-tabs__tab hts-tabs__tab--active\" role=\"tab\">Documents Tab<\/li>\r\n    \t\t\t\t    \t\t\t<\/ul>\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\t<div id=\"tabs-1\" class=\"hts-tabs__content hts-tabs__content--active\" role=\"tabpanel\">\r\n    \t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"hts-tabs__contentwrap\">\r\n    \t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Within an individual application, navigate to the <strong>Documents<\/strong> tab. Scroll down to the <strong>Administrative Documents<\/strong> section, below the Documents Requested section (where applicants uploaded their application documents).<\/p>\r\n    \t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n    \t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/tabs-1 -->\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\r\n    \t\t<\/div><!-- \/.ht-shortcodes-tabs -->\r\n    \t\t\n<ol>\n<li>Click the<strong> Upload <\/strong>button on the right side.<\/li>\n<li>Use the<strong> File Upload Window <\/strong>to complete the <strong><a title=\"File Uploads\" href=\"http:\/\/help.zoomgrants.com\/index.php\/zgu\/file-uploads\/\">file upload<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>After closing the window, use the dropdown next to the document title to<strong> change the viewability.<\/strong> \r\n    \t\t<div class=\"hts-accordion \"  >\r\n\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\t<div class=\"hts-accordion__section hts-accordion__section--active\">\r\n\t    \t\t\t\t<div class=\"hts-accordion__title\">Internal Only<\/div>\r\n\t    \t\t\t\t<div class=\"hts-accordion__content\">\r\n\t    \t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"hts-accordion__contentwrap\">\r\n\t    \t\t\t\t\t\tVisible only to administrators and committee members assigned to the program and with access to the application\t    \t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t    \t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n    \t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\t<div class=\"hts-accordion__section \">\r\n\t    \t\t\t\t<div class=\"hts-accordion__title\">This Applicant Only<\/div>\r\n\t    \t\t\t\t<div class=\"hts-accordion__content\">\r\n\t    \t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"hts-accordion__contentwrap\">\r\n\t    \t\t\t\t\t\tVisible to this applicant as well as internal users\t    \t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t    \t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n    \t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\t<div class=\"hts-accordion__section \">\r\n\t    \t\t\t\t<div class=\"hts-accordion__title\">All Applicants<\/div>\r\n\t    \t\t\t\t<div class=\"hts-accordion__content\">\r\n\t    \t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"hts-accordion__contentwrap\">\r\n\t    \t\t\t\t\t\tVisible in all applications (a copy of this file shows up in every other application in the program)\t    \t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t    \t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n    \t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\r\n    \t\t<\/div><!-- \/.ht-shortcodes-accordion -->\r\n    \t\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n<h3>Why can&#8217;t an applicant see the administrative document I&#8217;ve uploaded?<\/h3>\n<p>Applicants can only see admin docs if the viewability has been set to &#8216;This Applicant Only&#8217; or &#8216;All Applicants&#8217;. Check to make sure that you&#8217;ve set the viewability correctly.<\/p>\n<p>Check that you&#8217;ve uploaded the file on the correct application and both you and the applicant are referring to the same application. You can refer to the 5 digit application ID number at the bottom of any tab of the application and compare that to the number on the bottom of the application that the applicant is looking at.<\/p>\n<p>Ask the applicant to refresh their page. If you&#8217;ve uploaded the document since their last page reload, they may need to get the latest version of the application in order to see your document.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Administrators have the ability to upload administrative documents and tie them to applications.
