Uploading files and templates is as simple as attaching documents to an email.<\/p>

Administrators can create Document Requests<\/b> that allow applicants to upload files in various sections, including the Pre-Application<\/b>, General Application<\/b>, Invoices<\/b>, and Reports<\/b>.<\/p>

Additionally, administrators can upload templates<\/b> for document requests and attach administrative documents within the Pre-Application, Documents, Financial, and Reports tabs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Document Requests<\/b><\/h3>

Document requests completed by the applicant in the Pre-Application, Documents, Financial, and Reports tabs.\u00a0 Applicants choose to either upload a file from their device or an external link to fulfill the admin’s requests.\u00a0 All document requests marked as Required\u00a0<\/b>must contain a file before the applicant is verified to submit.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

  1. Locate<\/b><\/span> the document upload section.<\/li>
  2. Click the Upload<\/b><\/span> button to begin.<\/li>
  3. In the File Upload Window<\/b><\/span>, enter a file description (a name for the file) and select an attachment type:

    • File Upload<\/b><\/span> \u2013 Upload a file from your computer.<\/li>
    • Link to File<\/b><\/span> \u2013 Provide a static link to an externally hosted file (e.g., Dropbox, YouTube). Note: If the file is moved, update the link accordingly.<\/i><\/i>

        1. Obtain the shareable link<\/b><\/span> for your file (for Dropbox, use the special \u201cShare\u201d link, not just the URL in the address bar<\/i>).<\/li>
        2. Copy and paste the link into the text field in the File Upload Window<\/b><\/span>.<\/li>
