You can search for organizations, applicant names and email addresses, and application titles and content using the keyword Search feature.<\/strong><\/p>\n

How It Works<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The search bar appears in multiple places. It functions a little differently based on where you are in your account. \u00a0If you type a keyword into the search bar on your Account Home page<\/strong>, the system will automatically search for that keyword in the standard fields<\/strong> \u2013 Applicant Name\/Application Title, Email address, Physical address, EIN, DUNS \u2013 for all submitted applications<\/strong> in all programs<\/strong>. You can also search for an\u00a0Application ID\u00a0<\/strong>number (found at the bottom of any tab of an application or in its Print Preview or PDF version).<\/p>\n

If you type a keyword into the search bar within a program<\/strong>, the system will search for that keyword in the standard fields<\/strong> in that program only<\/strong>.<\/p>\n \t\t

\r\n \t\t\t\t\tSearches should include keywords<\/strong> that can be found in application data fields. Google-like searches using questions or commands will not yield any results. \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n \t\t\t \t\t\t\r\n \t\t<\/div>\r\n \t\t\n

Changing the Search Settings<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  1. Click the Search Button to open up the search results page.\"\"<\/li>\n
  2. Click the Search Settings link<\/strong> near the search bar in the search results page.\"\"<\/li>\n
  3. Tell the system in what places it should look for that keyword<\/strong> by selecting one of the options in the first section.
    Location options include:\n
      \n
    • Standard fields \u2013 Applicant Name\/Application Title, Email address, Physical address, EIN, DUNS, Application ID<\/li>\n
    • Pre-Application Answers (text and paragraph answers only)<\/li>\n
    • Application Answers (text and paragraph answers only)<\/li>\n
    • Reporting Answers (text and paragraph answers only)<\/li>\n
    • Internal Research Answers<\/li>\n
    • Document Attachments (titles only)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • If you\u2019re within a program, you can also tell the system if it should look in that specific program or if it should search for the keywords in all of the programs.<\/li>\n
    • Check the \u2018show incomplete\/not submitted\u2019 <\/strong>box to indicate whether incomplete\/not submitted applications should be included in the search.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n \t\t

      \r\n \t\t\t\t\tIf your organization has a Senior Admin<\/strong> and you are not one, there may be some results that are hidden<\/strong> from you if those applications are in programs to which you do not have access.
