Admins can quickly update certain fields on multiple applications at a time via the Batch Update and List Update buttons at the bottom of the Applications List.<\/div>\n

How It Works<\/h2>\n

Dashboard > Applications Tab<\/span><\/p>\n

Application components such as the pre-application<\/a> status, official and trial decisions<\/a>, official and trial amounts, custom statuses<\/a>, and answers to internal research questions<\/a> can be batch and list updated.<\/p>\n

Batch Update<\/h3>\n

Updates fields\u00a0with the same data\u00a0<\/strong>on selected applications.<\/p>\n

  1. Select from the Applications List<\/a> <\/strong>the applications to update.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the Batch Update <\/strong>button at the bottom of the list.\"\"<\/li>\n
  3. Select the field\u00a0<\/strong>you’d like to edit (highlighted in red box<\/span>).\"\"<\/li>\n
  4. Enter the update<\/strong>, as applicable (highlighted in blue boxes<\/span>).<\/li>\n
  5. When you\u2019re done, click the Update Now button<\/strong> to update the selected applications (highlighted in orange box<\/span>).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    List Update<\/h3>\n

    Reload the applications list to allow admins to update the selected field on each applications separately. This allows admins to enter different\u00a0<\/strong>data on the applications.<\/p>\n

    1. No need to select the applications, just click the List Update Button<\/strong> at the bottom of the list.\"\"<\/li>\n
    2. Choose which field <\/strong>you want to keep in view and which field you want to edit (highlighted in blue boxes<\/span>).\"\"<\/li>\n
    3. Click the Update Now <\/strong>button to reload the page to display those columns (highlighted in red box<\/span>).<\/li>\n
    4. Use the dropdown menus or text boxes to make your updates in each application. The changes will automatically save as you click through the fields.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n \t\t
