{"id":2457,"date":"2020-07-23T11:45:23","date_gmt":"2020-07-23T17:45:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/help.zoomgrants.com\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=2457"},"modified":"2026-01-12T12:35:12","modified_gmt":"2026-01-12T19:35:12","slug":"tasks-checklists","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/help.zoomgrants.com\/index.php\/zgu\/tasks-checklists\/","title":{"rendered":"Tasks\/Checklists"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"2457\" class=\"elementor elementor-2457\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-2117e392 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"2117e392\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-1e87531c\" data-id=\"1e87531c\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5a22fa83 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5a22fa83\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How It Works<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Tasks\/Checklists feature allows Admins to develop up to ten (10) different tabs, each containing a different task list or checklist within their account.&nbsp; Tasks is a read-only feature for Administrators and Applicants to track tasks and other checklist items, monitoring lists, and related items.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\"><i>The tasks feature is not interactive as it does not trigger email reminders for due dates.&nbsp;<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Set Up<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1 &#8211; ZG Support<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the RFP\/Program Account in Support, ZG Team will turn the feature on.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ZG will set up the titles of each checklist\/tab to be created (up to 10)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2 &#8211; Admin<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Admins can go into any application within that RFP\/program and create a standard checklist to be used as a template across all applications.&nbsp; (It doesn&#8217;t matter which application is chosen to create this initial template).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Items cannot be reordered<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additional checklist items can be added to after copying the checklist template into each individual application.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ZG Support will need to be provided with the Application number (found if you scroll to the bottom of the Summary tab of the application) in order to proceed with Step 3.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3 &#8211; ZG Support<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Admin contacts ZG Support (<a href=\"mailto:adminquestions@zoomgrants.com\">adminquestions@zoomgrants.com<\/a>) and supplies them with the application number and request to set up the Tasks template within the specified RFP\/Program and associated checklist tabs.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Using that initial template created by the admin, a &#8220;Copy Template&#8221; button will be displayed on each checklist tab<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 4 &#8211; Admin<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The admin can then copy the checklist template into any one or all applications within that program using the &#8220;Copy Checklist Template&#8221; button on each checklist.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How It Works The Tasks\/Checklists feature allows Admins to develop up to ten (10) different tabs, each containing a different task list or checklist within their account.&nbsp; Tasks is a read-only feature for Administrators and Applicants to track tasks and other checklist items, monitoring lists, and related items.
