Users:<\/b><b><\/b><\/h4><ul><li>If multiple people need full access, consider using a general email or alias that forwards to all necessary recipients.<\/li><li>Login credentials can be shared with authorized users.<\/li><\/ul><h4><b>Submitting Applications for Multiple Organizations:<\/b><b><\/b><\/h4><ul><li>You will need a separate account (with a different email) for each organization.<\/li><li>A single account <b>cannot<\/b> submit applications for multiple organizations.<\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"p1\"><b>Adding Users to Applications:<\/b><b><\/b><\/h4><ul><li class=\"p2\"><a href=\"https:\/\/help.zoomgrants.com\/index.php\/zgu\/addingacollaborator\/\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>Collaborators:<\/b><\/span><\/a> Can be added to specific applications to assist with submissions.<\/li><li class=\"p2\"><a href=\"https:\/\/help.zoomgrants.com\/index.php\/zgu\/app-owners-collaborators-addl-contacts\/\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>Additional Contacts:<\/b><\/span><\/a> Can receive notifications related to specific applications.<\/li><\/ul><h4>What if the Account Owner Leaves?<\/h4><ul><li>Ensure account credentials are shared before the owner departs.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">If access is lost, submit a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/%22mailto:questions@zoomgrants.com&quot;\/\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>support request<\/b><\/span>\u00a0<\/a>to transfer ownership and reset the password.<\/li><\/ul><h4>Important Email Notifications<\/h4><p>Once your account is created, you will receive a confirmation email from Notices@ZoomGrants.com.\u00a0 Since most notifications come from this address:<\/p><ul><li>Mark it as\u00a0<strong>not spam.<\/strong><\/li><li>Add it to your\u00a0<strong>safe sender<\/strong> list or\u00a0<strong>whitelist\u00a0<\/strong>the ZoomGrants wish to apply for.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">The page will refresh, displaying your newly created application.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">If required, enter an <span class=\"s1\"><b>application or project title<\/b><\/span> to easily identify it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Submitting Multiple Applications<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">If the program administrator allows multiple submissions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"p2\">Open your original application.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Click the <span class=\"s1\"><b>Open Programs<\/b><\/span> tab (upper left of the page).<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Look for the <span class=\"s1\"><b>Apply Again<\/b><\/span> button and click it to start a new
