<\/span>    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\t<p>\r\n    \t\t\t\t\tLearn about how to use ZoomGrants on behalf of multiple organizations <a href=\"http:\/\/help.zoomgrants.com\/index.php\/zgu\/zg-for-grantwriters\/\">here<\/a>.    \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\r\n    \t\t<\/div><!-- \/.ht-shortcodes-messages -->\r\n    \t\t\n<p>There are a couple of ways that applications can be transferred within ZoomGrants:<\/p>\n<h2>Transferring Applications Between Existing Accounts<\/h2>\n<h3>Moving Apps into an APPLICANT Account<\/h3>\n<p>Applications can easily be moved from one established <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/help.zoomgrants.com\/index.php\/zgu\/app-owners-collaborators-addl-contacts\/\">applicant<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>account to another established <strong>applicant\u00a0<\/strong>account.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our support team will need to receive an email\u00a0to get that process started.\u00a0<\/strong>That request should include:<\/p>\n<div class=\"content-body article-body\">\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>The\u00a0<strong>application ID\u00a0<\/strong><strong>number(s)\u00a0<\/strong>of the application(s) to be transferred. <em>You can find the five-digit application ID number\u00a0at the bottom of any tab of that\u00a0application.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>The\u00a0<strong>email address of\u00a0the new account<\/strong>\u00a0that should own the\u00a0application(s).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And should come from:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The\u00a0<strong>original application owner\u00a0<\/strong>(from the email address associated with the account)<\/li>\n<li>The\u00a0<strong>executive director<\/strong>\u00a0of your organization<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>program admin\u00a0<\/strong>with the organization that is using ZoomGrants to administer the program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>That request and confirmation must be in an\u00a0<strong>email\u00a0<\/strong>sent to<strong> Questions[@]ZoomGrants.com<\/strong> from the email address of one of the folks listed above.<\/p>\n<p>Once we get the request and proper confirmation, we&#8217;ll transfer the application(s)!<\/p>\n<div>\n<div class=\"content-body article-body\">\n<div>\n<p>After the transfer is complete, the new user should be sure to log into their account, <a href=\"http:\/\/help.zoomgrants.com\/index.php\/zgu\/finding-your-applications\/\">find the application(s)<\/a> and ensure that the contact information in the first tab of the application is complete and correct.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Moving Apps into a COLLABORATOR Account<\/h3>\n<p>If the user who needs to own the application has a <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/help.zoomgrants.com\/index.php\/zgu\/app-owners-collaborators-addl-contacts\/\">collaborator<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>account, there are several questions to consider:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>Should the person who needs to own this application also own the other applications in our organization&#8217;s account?\u00a0<\/em>\n<ul>\n<li>If so, please consider <a href=\"http:\/\/help.zoomgrants.com\/index.php\/zgu\/how-do-i-change-or-reset-the-email-address-or-password-on-an-applicant-account\/\">transferring the entire account<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><i>Does this person truly need to own this application, or do they simply need their access\u00a0permissions updated?\u00a0<\/i>\n<ul>\n<li>If they do not need to own the application, please consider simply <a href=\"http:\/\/help.zoomgrants.com\/index.php\/zgu\/invite-collaborators\/\">updating their access permissions<\/a> instead.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n    \t\t<div class=\"hts-messages hts-messages--alert   hts-messages--withicon \"   >\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\t<p>\r\n    \t\t\t\t\tApplications can only be moved from between\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/help.zoomgrants.com\/index.php\/zgu\/app-owners-collaborators-addl-contacts\/\">applicant<\/a>\u00a0accounts, so an existing collaborator account will need to be changed to an applicant prior to the transfer.    \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\r\n    \t\t<\/div><!-- \/.ht-shortcodes-messages -->\r\n    \t\t\n<p><strong>Our support team will need to receive an email\u00a0to get that process started.\u00a0<\/strong>That request should include:<\/p>\n<div class=\"content-body article-body\">\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>The\u00a0<strong>application ID\u00a0<\/strong><strong>number(s)\u00a0<\/strong>of the application(s) to be transferred. <em>You can find the five-digit application ID number\u00a0at the bottom of any tab of that\u00a0application.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>The\u00a0<strong>email address of\u00a0the new account<\/strong>\u00a0that should own the\u00a0application(s).\u00a0<em>This new account must already be set up. Once they&#8217;ve received that invitation and set up their account, follow the steps above to submit the support request.
