Accessing Your Application<\/h2>\n

My Account Home<\/h3>\n

When you log in via our homepage and you are an application owner, you will always start out at your\u00a0My Account Home<\/strong>\u00a0page. This page features multiple sections\u00a0– Incomplete, Submitted, Approved, Declined, and Archived.<\/p>\n

\r\n \t\t\t\t\tYou are a collaborator. You’ll only have\u00a0access to applications and sections that applicants have given you permission to access. Read more here<\/a>.<\/span><\/span> \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n \t\t\t \t\t\t\r\n \t\t<\/div>\r\n \t\t\n

Incomplete Applications<\/h4>\n

Applications that have not yet been submitted in programs that are still open and accepting applications\u00a0or\u00a0<\/em>applications that have been opened for editing by the administrator\u00a0will be in the\u00a0Incomplete<\/strong>\u00a0section.<\/p>\n

Submitted Applications<\/h4>\n

Once submitted, applications are moved from the\u00a0Incomplete<\/strong>\u00a0to the\u00a0Submitted<\/strong>\u00a0section.<\/p>\n

Approved\/Declined Applications<\/h4>\n

When an administrator approves or declines an application then changes a setting to allow the applicant to see that official decision, the application is moved from the\u00a0Submitted<\/strong>\u00a0section into the\u00a0Approved<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0Declined<\/strong>\u00a0sections, accordingly.<\/p>\n \t\t

\r\n \t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t\t

\r\n \t\t\t\t\tIf you have received notification from the admin that your application has been approved, but you are still seeing it in the\u00a0Submitted section, they may have skipped a step and not\u00a0yet allowed you to see the decision in your account. Let them know that they need to mark your\u00a0application “Notified<\/a>“. \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n \t\t\t \t\t\t\r\n \t\t<\/div>\r\n \t\t\n

Archived Applications<\/h4>\n

If an application is still incomplete (not submitted) when the program closes, it is automatically moved into the\u00a0Archived<\/strong>\u00a0section. Applications that are intentionally archived are also moved to the\u00a0Archived\u00a0<\/strong>section.<\/p>\n

Be sure to check for your application in all of the relevant sections.<\/p>\n

If you’re still not finding the application, you should consider if the application may actually be in someone else’s account. Each user’s account is accessible via one set of login credentials, so it could be that the application you are looking for is in one of your colleague’s accounts.<\/p>\n

If you do not own any of your own applications and you do not land on the My Account Home page when you log in, you are a\u00a0collaborator<\/strong>\u00a0and therefore will only be able to access applications if the application owner\u00a0expressly gives you access to the application.
