Applicants have the option to permanently delete from their account any application that has not yet been submitted.<\/p>\n

Two things to note: <\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Only applicants can archive or delete their applications. Collaborators and administrators do not have the ability to delete applications.<\/li>\n
  2. If the program has a pre-application process, applicants\u00a0can<\/strong> archive their application before or after submitting a pre-application. Archiving an application before or after submitting a pre-application will withdraw the record as it will be removed from the administrative team’s view.
    \nHowever, the applicant can restore the application before the pre-application deadline, allowing the record to repopulate.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Deleting an Application<\/h2>\n

    1. Archive the Application<\/h3>\n

    Click the ‘Archive this Application’ link within\u00a0the application<\/p>\n

    Click the trashcan icon\u00a0next to the application on your My Account Home page<\/p>\n

    2. Access ‘My Account’ home page<\/h3>\n

    Click the My Account Home button to return to your My Account Home page. (If you’re already on that page, just let the page reload and skip this step.)<\/p>\n

    3. Click into Archived section<\/h3>\n

    4. Deleting your application<\/h3>\n
    Click the ‘Delete” button to permanently delete the application. \u00a0Once you delete an application, it cannot<\/strong>\u00a0be restored.<\/div>\n
