Make sure that you have a plan for who will take over the account when the primary applicant leaves\u00a0and how the login credentials will be shared with your team.<\/p>\n<div class=\"content-body article-body\">\n<ol>\n<li>Ask that the person who is leaving share their login credentials with you.<\/li>\n<li>Update the account credentials for the new person who will manage the account.\n<ul>\n<li>If the new email address to be tied to the account is\u00a0<em>not\u00a0<\/em>already in the system, request that they update their account credentials.
