If an applicant needs to update a submitted application or complete and submit an application after the deadline, a program administrator can “unlock” or open that application for editing in the\u00a0Application Summary\u00a0<\/strong>tab.<\/p>\n

Opening One Application for Editing<\/h2>\n

Application Summary Tab > Settings<\/span><\/p>\n

Navigate into that application, then go into the first tab, where you’ll find a grey Settings<\/strong> box on the right side. Put a check in the ‘Open for Editing’ box to allow the applicant to keep working in that application.<\/p>\n

\r\n \t\t\t\t\tIf you are opening a submitted application, there will not be a re-submit process<\/strong>, so be sure to ask that your applicant(s) contact you when they are done updating their applications so that you can close the application. \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n \t\t\t \t\t\t\r\n \t\t<\/div>\r\n \t\t\n

Opening Multiple Applications for Editing<\/h2>\n

You can open or close multiple applications at a time using the List Update<\/a> feature. Set your Applications List<\/a> filter to show all of the applications, as applicable, then run the List Update.<\/p>\n
