Before the program goes live, you can add your own text to be displayed in the body of the Pre-Application Submission Confirmation (if applicable) and the Application Submission Confirmation sent to applicants as soon as they submit those components. For example, you may want to tell your applicants that decisions will be made by such-and-such date and where they can drop off the baked goods to curry favor.
If you don’t add any custom text, applicants will receive messages with the standard ZoomGrants confirmation text only.
Adding Custom Text
Pre-Application Submit Confirmation Message
Program Setup > Pre-Application Tab > Pre-Application
To add your custom text to the Pre-App submit confirmation email, click into Program Setup, then into the Pre-Application tab. Type your text into the Pre-Application Submission Confirmation field.
Application Submit Confirmation Message
Program Setup > Settings Tab > Overall Settings
To add your custom text to the application submit confirmation email, click into Program Setup, then into the Settings tab. Type your text into the Application Submission Confirmation field.
Standard ZG Submit Confirmation Messages
If you don’t add any custom text, applicants will just receive the standard ZoomGrants confirmation messages:
