Overview
The Programs page is the default landing page for administrators after logging into their ZoomGrants account. This page provides a categorized view of all programs, helping administrators manage the application process efficiently. Programs are categorized into four distinct sections: Program Waiting to Open, Open Programs, Closed Programs, and My Favorite Programs.
Program Categories
Programs Waiting to Open
Programs in this category are in the application setup phase. These programs are not yet accepting applications from ZoomGrants Applicants because the Open Date has not arrived. Administrators can use this phase to finalize program details and ensure everything is ready for the application period.

- Open Date has not yet arrived.
Open Programs
Programs listed under Open Programs are currently accepting applications from ZoomGrants Applicants. These programs have reached their Open Date, meaning the application period is active. However, they have not yet reached their Deadline Date, so applications are still being received.

- Programs are accepting applications.
- Open Date has arrived.
- Deadline Date has not yet been reached.
Closed Programs
Closed Programs are those that are no longer accepting applications. These programs have reached their Deadline Date, and the application period is over. Administrators can review submitted applications and proceed with the next steps in the evaluation and selection process.

My Favorite Programs
Programs can be favored and brought to the top of the Programs page by clicking the star next to the program title. My Favorite Programs are unique to each ZoomGrants administrator’s account, allowing for quick access to frequently managed programs.

Note: ZoomGrants Sr. Administrators can access all programs associated with a ZoomGrants subscription. If you cannot locate a program within your account, you must request the program access from a Sr. Administrator. ZoomGrants staff does not play a role in granting program access to any ZoomGrants administrator.
Page Blocks and Features
Announcements
The Announcements feature can be used as a communication tool to post announcements for Administrators and Reviewers. To create an announcement, follow these steps:
- Click the Add New tab.
- Fill out the Created By, Headline, and Message fields.
- Choose the Announcement audience (Administrators, Reviewers, or both).
- Post the announcement by clicking the Add Announcement button.
Important: This feature only posts your message in the user accounts. Posting an announcement will not send an email to the selected audience.
The ZoomGrants tab within the Announcements feature allows our team to post communication to administrators and reviewers’ accounts.
New Items Submitted
The New Items Submitted block is an inbox for new Pre-Applications, Applications, Invoices, and Reports submitted across ALL accessible programs associated with your ZoomGrants administrator account. Expanding the list of items will allow you to manage the submitted items. Clicking an item’s link will direct you to the corresponding submission and remove it from the New Items Submitted list.
Note: This list is unique to each ZoomGrants Administrator. Viewing an item will not remove it from a colleague’s list.
General Instructions
This open-field text block can be used to add any instructions that all administrators associated with the ZoomGrants Subscription should read and review.
By understanding these categories and features, administrators can efficiently manage their programs’ lifecycles and utilize the communication tools provided to enhance collaboration and streamline processes.
