To change the password or email address on your account, start by logging into that account using your current login credentials.
The remainder of the process differs depending on your user type:
Administrators
Account Settings > Manage Users Tab > Admin Users Tab
- Log into your admin account.
- Click the Manage Users tab in the upper row of tabs on your Account Settings page.
- Find your name in the list of Administrative Users and click the pencil icon.
- Edit the information.
- Save your updates.
If you’ve forgotten the email address you use to log in, you can ask one of your fellow administrators to look up your email address in your organization’s account. They can check the Manage Users page to learn more.
If you’ve forgotten your password entirely, you can reset it by answering the questions set up in your Security Profile. Learn more here.
Reviewers
Reviewers can update their own passwords. Administrators control the email address associated with reviewer accounts. Please contact your admin if you need your email address updated.
To update your password:
Account Settings > User Profile tab > Change ID/Password Tab
- Log into your reviewer account.
- Click the User Profile tab in the upper row of tabs on your Account Settings page.
- Click into the Change User ID/Password tab.
- Edit the information.
- Click the Change Password button to save your update.
If you’ve forgotten the email address you use to log in, the program administrator can look up your email address in their organization’s account. If you need to have that email address updated, they will need to complete that update in their admin account, as well.

Collaborators
- Log into your collaborator account.
- Click the Edit Profile button at the top of the list of applications.
- Edit the information.
- Click the Update My Account button to save your changes.
